Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of any issues via Thumbsuporganics@gmail.com so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund you should have contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you once we have investigated the matter and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

 


*DUE TO COVID 19 WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AT THIS TIME. WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.  You have 4 days to return your order once it has been delivered to be considered for a refund. Product MUST BE in original unopened packaging. Once product is received, it will be examined. After inspection is completed we will determine if your order is eligible for a refund. If approved please allow 7-10 business days for you original payment method to be refunded.

 

Our Sea Moss is pure and raw and has not been altered. We get it directly from the source so we stand by its purity.
